1. Overview

At Fuelroots Microgreens, we take utmost care to ensure your greens are harvested fresh, packed with care, and delivered promptly to your doorstep. As our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we maintain strict timelines and packaging standards to retain freshness.

2. Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver within Kozhikode city and nearby areas.
  • Free delivery is offered:
    • Within 10 km of our farm or distribution center, and
    • On orders of 10 boxes or more, regardless of distance (within serviceable limits).
  • Deliveries beyond 10 km may attract a nominal delivery charge based on location and order size.

We are expanding our delivery network progressively and will update serviceable locations on our website.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed for next-day delivery (subject to availability).
  • For bulk or subscription orders, a preparation period of 2–3 business days is required to ensure optimal freshness.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on harvest schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Bulk Orders

  • For orders exceeding 10 boxes, please place your request at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Customized or recurring orders (for restaurants, retailers, or events) may require up to 3–5 business days for fulfillment.
  • Dedicated delivery slots can be arranged for bulk clients upon request.

5. Order Processing & Handling

  • All microgreens are harvested fresh to order to minimize storage time.
  • Products are packed in eco-friendly, breathable containers to preserve freshness.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS/email confirmation with delivery details.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, our delivery partner will attempt contact via phone.
  • In case of repeated delivery failures, the product will be returned to our facility. As microgreens are perishable, refunds are not applicable for missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability.

7. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery within 10 km radius or on orders of 10 boxes or more.
  • Standard delivery fee may apply for smaller orders or longer distances.
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

8. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • While we ensure timely and careful handling, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours at info@fuelroots.com with a photo and order details.
  • Our team will assess the issue and, where valid, arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

9. Delivery Schedule Adjustments

  • Fuelroots reserves the right to modify delivery schedules due to:
    • Unfavorable weather conditions, public holidays, or government restrictions.
    • Unexpected logistical issues or harvesting delays.
    • Events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
  • Customers will be notified in such cases via registered contact details.
