Chia Seed Microgreen Salad

(Fresh + Crunchy)

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful Chia Seed Microgreens
  • ½ cup cucumber (diced)
  • ½ cup tomato (chopped or cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: walnuts, pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
  • High in fibre
  • Good for skin & digestion
  • Light, hydrating, weight-loss friendly

Chia Seed Microgreen In Normal Curry

(Simple + Healthy)

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful Chia Seed Microgreens
  • Any curry you are preparing (dal, sambar, veg curry, chana, etc.)
  • 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:
  • Cook your curry as usual.
  • Switch off the stove, and while curry is still hot, add chia seed microgreens.
  • Mix gently and serve.

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful wheatgrass microgreens
  • 1 small apple (or ½ banana for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
Instructions:
  • Wash the wheatgrass microgreens well.
  • Add them to a blender along with apple/banana, ginger, lemon juice, and water/coconut water.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Strain if needed (optional).
  • Serve chilled for the best refreshing taste.

Sunflower Microgreen Energy Smoothie

Creamy • Refreshing • Immunity-Boosting

Ingredients:
  • 1 full handful sunflower microgreens
  • 1 banana (for creaminess)
  • ½ apple or 1 small mango piece (for natural sweetness)
  • 5–6 soaked almonds or 1 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 cup chilled milk / coconut milk / curd
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Wash and drain the sunflower microgreens thoroughly.
  • Add banana, apple/mango, almonds (or peanuts), and microgreens to a blender.
  • Pour in milk / coconut milk / curd.
  • Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add water to adjust thickness as needed.
  • Taste and add honey if required.
  • Serve immediately for best freshness and nutrition.
Broccoli Microgreen Power Salad

Broccoli Microgreen Power Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1 full handful broccoli microgreens
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet corn (optional)
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts or chickpeas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp olive oil (optional)
  • A pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp flax seeds or sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
  • Wash and drain the broccoli microgreens well.
  • Add carrot, cucumber, sweet corn, and roasted peanuts/chickpeas to a bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle flax seeds or sesame seeds on top.
  • Toss gently until well combined.
  • Serve fresh for maximum nutrition.
White Radish Microgreen Raita

White Radish Microgreen Raita

A refreshing, mildly spicy raita with a crunchy kick from nutrient-rich radish microgreens. Perfect as a side with rice, roti, or paratha.

Ingredients:
  • 10g white radish microgreens
  • 1 cup curd (thick, fresh)
  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander (optional)
Instructions:
  • Whisk curd until smooth and creamy.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder; mix well.
  • Add chopped cucumber/onion if using.
  • Add white radish microgreens and gently fold them into the curd.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.

Amaranthus Microgreen Salad

Ingredients:
  • 10g amaranthus microgreens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  • Combine amaranthus microgreens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and seeds in a bowl.
  • Drizzle dressing and toss gently. Serve immediately.
