2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of microgreens, refunds or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product.
  • The product was delivered in an unfit or unusable condition.
  • Your order was incorrectly processed due to our error.

3. Conditions for Reporting an Issue

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • You provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the packaging and invoice.
  • The product remains in its original packaging until verified by our team.

After verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
  • Dissatisfaction due to taste, texture, or personal preference (as microgreens are natural products).
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Partial consumption of the product before reporting the issue.

5. Refund Process

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Alternatively, you may choose a replacement delivery or a credit coupon of equal value for your next order.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

6. Replacements

  • Replacements will be arranged at no additional cost if the product was damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
  • Replacement deliveries are typically made within 1–2 business days (depending on availability and delivery location).
  • If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or replacement with a similar product of equal value.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided the harvesting or packing process hasn’t begun.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Bulk and Subscription Orders

  • For bulk or recurring orders, cancellations or refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Refunds or replacements for bulk orders will be reviewed case-by-case based on harvest status.
